By accessing and/or using this website and related services, you agree to these terms and conditions and our privacy policy (terms). Registration

You must be registered to order samples from our website.

When you register and activate your account, you will provide us with personal information such as your name and email address, occupation, telephone number and postal address. You must ensure that this information is accurate and current. We will handle all personal information we collect in accordance with our privacy policy. This may include sharing your name and contact details with each supplier of a sample that you order from our website.

When you register and activate your account, we will provide you with a user name and password. You are responsible for keeping this user name and password secure and are responsible for all use and activity carried out under this user name.

To create an account, you must agree and warrant to use the website in accordance with these terms.

To open a Pro User accountant, you must be a professional in the building industry, such as an architect, building designer, landscape designer, interior designer, builder, landscaper or supplier of building and design materials.

Collection Notice

We collect personal information about you in order to process your registration, provide you with our samples delivery service and for purposes otherwise set out in our privacy policy.

By providing your personal information to us, you consent to the collection, use, storage and disclosure of that information as described in the privacy policy and these terms.

Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information

The information on our website is not comprehensive and is intended to provide a summary of the subject matter covered. We make no warranty regarding the information on the website (including the depiction of colours and textures of any products that are displayed). You should monitor any changes to the information contained on the website.

We are not liable to you or anyone else if interference with or damage to your computer systems occurs in connection with the use of the website or a linked website. You must take your own precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use from our website is free of viruses or anything else (such as worms or Trojan horses) that may interfere with or damage the operations of your computer systems.

Orders

We operate a website for ordering order building product and design material samples (samples).

We reserve the right to refuse samples to any individual or business for any reason.

You may be limited to a certain number of samples per request or per account to ensure fairness and to manage inventory levels. Samples are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time without notice.

Samples are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Before purchasing any product we recommend that you view the full product at the supplier’s showroom.

The samples are our, or our suppliers’ property and are provided for informational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the samples without our prior written consent.

Delivery

Subject to stock availability, we aim to dispatch samples to you promptly but cannot absolutely guarantee firm delivery dates or times. Unless you agree to pay delivery charges, delivery of samples is free of charge.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late or delayed delivery.

By default, you provide authority to leave items at the address specified in your order. If the delivery driver is unable to complete a delivery, your order will be redirected to a collection point, redelivered in the next delivery run or returned back to our warehouse.

If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will inform you on the relevant product page, or alternatively use the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.

Returns

We are committed to environmentally sustainable business practices. We ask that you return all samples using the return postage containers provided so that they can be reused by other customers.

Our website may contain links to websites operated by third parties. Those links are provided for convenience and may not remain current or be maintained. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not endorse and are not responsible for the content on those linked websites and have no control over or rights in those linked websites.

Intellectual property rights
