Return My Samples

Finished with your samples?
Follow these easy steps to send them back. 

  1. Login to Material Hub > Find order > Request return.
  2. Pack samples back into the same box, ready for shipping.

  3. Stick supplied return label to parcel. (remove or blank out old label)

  4. Go to the web link on your return label, and request a pickup. 

  5. Have your parcel ready for pickup.
